You see it before you pay
You create and preview your whole website for free. You only pay when you're happy with it and ready to publish — so there are very few surprises. The price you see before you start is the price you pay.
Something went wrong?
If you paid and something genuinely didn't work — a publishing problem, a double charge, a page that wouldn't come together — email us within 14 days and we'll refund you, no fuss.
Changed your mind
Because you preview everything before paying, we generally can't refund a page simply because you changed your mind after publishing. But talk to us — we're people, and we'd rather you were happy.
